　　很感人的一首歌。是美国抒情乡村歌手Bob Carlisle在他的女儿十六岁生日前夕，特别为女儿谱写的。Carlisle在女儿生日前，突然惊觉女儿已经成长，不要再过多久，就即将就要远走高飞，离家去开创自己的人生。许多甜蜜的回忆，还有自己过去曾经错过、以及将来不会再拥有的机会，都浮现在他脑海，因此他萌生了这首歌的灵感。原本他并没有想要发表，只想把歌曲保留作送给女儿的礼物，但是在好友们的鼓励之下，才决定推出录音。这首歌将一个父亲对女儿的爱写得感人致极。《旧金山纪事》报曾报导，有边开车边听此歌的听众把车子停到路边，泣不成声……

　　至于Butterfly Kiss，是当大人和小孩以脸部亲昵地靠在一起时，其中一人的眼睫毛，随着眼睛的眨动，轻轻的刷拂在另外一人的脸颊上，或者是两个人额头面对面的凑在一起，双方的睫毛互相刷拂，那种感觉，就好像是轻柔的蝴蝶在“亲吻”着你。
